Toby writes… Felix, Dad and I visited The Dubai Mall on Friday, the 27th March.
We initially went to see the beautiful Dubai Festival of Light which was on its last day of a 9-day showing. We enjoyed dinner by the wonderful man-made lake which contains the famous fountains that burst into life every 30 minutes after 6pm.

Toby writes… We all went down to Beaulieu to visit the National Motor Museum. Much to mine and Felix’s delight there was a ‘Top Gear World’ there, and a James Bond Car exhibition.

Toby writes… Felix, Dad and I, went to the Portsmouth Dockyards to see the HMS Victory and have a tour around it!

Toby writes… Felix, Dad and I all went down to see an ancient Bronze Age circle of stones at Avebury. The stones supposedly held some form of religious significance.

Al Ain hosted The Third International Festival Of Falconry in December 2011 – and we went along. Falconers came from all over the world. For some of them, this was the first time they had left their village or town. Amazing.
